Stunning front line beach Palais (sleeps 24) on Marbella´s famous Golden Mile. Located just a few minutes east of the Marbella Club on a very quiet stretch of beach this unique estate enjoys total privacy and a 5 star GL setting. The villa comes complete with staff and concierge service. Weddings and events welcome.
The villa is perfect for larger groups as the property is comprised of the main house and two additional guest house. One guest’s house has two suites and the other guest house has four suites, there are two more separate buildings. One games building by the pool with bar and another building with fitness and spa.
A large driveway and garden welcomes you to the property which comprises of a main house with 6 suites, including a fantastic master suite, two other guest houses with 6 suites total, a professional fitness/spa centre and a treatment room.
When entering the main house a double wooden door and a high selling will give a breathtaking view of the swimming pool and sea. The main hall will lid you to a spacious living room with fireplace and a grand piano. Connected through large hallways you will find a formal dining room and a breakfast area.
A fully equipped industrial kitchen with professional appliances and a cold chamber is provided as well as a control/security room with en-suite staff bedroom.
In the main house is also located a television lounge and office area. Internet WIFI, central air conditioning and heated floors is found through out the entire property.
The pool area has direct access to the Casablanca beach; a heated 28 meters swimming pool and a beautiful manicured garden surround the entire property. The Spa and fitness centre provides professional gym equipment, a Jacuzzi and a spacious Turkish bath.

The Palais has a plot of 7.000 m2 and the built area is 2123 m2. Flexible pricing depending on the number of guests.

The superb beaches of the Marbella Club and the Puente Romano are situated on the doorstep, and some of the area’s finest restaurants are within easy walking distance of the villa. Recommended restaurants include Roberto at the Puente Romano Hotel, which offers stunning views of the sea, and an excellent choice of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.

The Beach Club at the Marbella Club Hotel is the place to be seen on the Golden Mile, and this prestigious beach restaurant owes much of its fame to its sumptuous buffet, offering fresh lobster, seafood and exquisite meat and vegetable dishes, and which attracts many of Marcella’s most famous faces. Elegant and stylish the Beach Club allows guests to indulge themselves with a heated outdoor pool, and a luxurious and secluded garden setting overlooking the Mediterranean.

If you enjoy eating al fresco and soaking up the rays in style, Victor’s Beach Bar is also worth a visit. Offering superb seafood and their world famous ribs, the long-established Victor’s Beach is a king among beach bars.

Eddy and Marisa’s beach club is also worth a try in the nearby Coral Beach complex. Situated next to the hotel of the same name, this vibrant beach club offers excellent fresh fish, salads, seafood and some of the best sangria in town. If you are looking for an excellent restaurant on the Golden Mile for dinner, try James Hewitt’s Polo House, which offers a wide choice of innovative cuisine in a relaxing atmosphere. The Polo House is undoubtedly one of the stars of the Golden Mile, and the service, food and ambiance is second to none.
