From the living area it leads to the dinning room with its own separate walled terrace with large table. There is also a large guest bedroom with ensuite bathroom on this level. The kitchen is fully equipped with separate laundry room.
Upstairs you have the master bedroom and balcony over the walled terrace. The third bedroom has twin beds and terrace with seating, leading to the spacious roof terrace. All bedrooms are ensuite.
