The property comes with private swimming pool and flat garden, which is perfect for a family holiday and for children to play.  The house is only a few minutes drive from all the amenities you could require (supermarket, cafe, bars, shops, beach, and much more).

The house is built over two levels.  On the ground floor, you enter the main entrance and have access to a hallway.  To the left of this area you will find a good sized open kitchen with all the fittings and appliances you could require for your ideal holiday.  Attached to the kitchen you have a separate utility room with washing machine.  To the left of the hallway is a shared bathroom with standing shower, basin and toilet.  There is also a bedroom on the ground floor.  To the right of the hallway, you have a dining area and then entrance to large open lounge with seating for plenty.  Continue on and you have access to the terrace and swimming pool.

On the top level of the house are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus access to a small terrace (from the master bedroom).

BEDROOMS:
Master Bedroom (first floor). The master bedroom is a good size with access to en-suite bathroom and terrace.  The bedroom comes with access to air conditioning. The master bedroom holds a double bed and currently sleeps 2 people.  Should you require, we can add an additional single bed allowing this room to sleep a total of 3 persons.
Bedroom Two :  Bedroom Two is located on the first floor of the house and is a good size and comes with a double bed that sleeps 2 people.  We can add a single bed to this room if required allowing a total of 3 persons to sleep in this room.  The bedroom has air conditioning hot and cold.
Bedroom Three :  Bedroom Three is also located on the first floor of the house and is a good size and comes with two single beds that sleeps 2 people.  We can add an additional single bed to this room if required allowing a total of 3 persons to sleep in this room.  The bedroom has air conditioning hot and cold.
Bedroom Four :  Bedroom Four is also located on the ground floor of the house and is a good size and comes with two single beds that sleeps 2 people.  We can add an additional single bed to this room if required allowing a total of 3 persons to sleep in this room.  The bedroom has air conditioning hot and cold.

The house is located in the popular area of Bel Air which is just slightly west of Marbella.  The region is extremely popular due to all its amenities and facilities which are perfect for holidaymakers.  This area has a wide area of beaches, restaurants, cafes, bars, golf courses and more.

The house has over 1000m2 of flat grounds with patio, drive, pool and garden areas for children to play.  You can easily park up to three cars out side the house or more cars along the private drive if you wish.
